Community woodland

bonsai & trees in general
I have enjoyed cultivating
bonsai trees for some eighteen years and now have approximately forty species of tree in my collection. Most are native english species. Have a look at some bonsai on display. These web trees are tended by Horace from whom the above Bonsai image is copied.
I assisted in whatever small way with the creation of
Long's Wood, Wreningham . This is newly created woodland on forty acres of land (1994), now extended by almost twenty acres, next to Wreningham village. The land is owned by Dennis Long who has been far sighted enough to put the land down to forestry. Leaflets about the wood, including a location map are available. It is open to the public with the polite request to always follow the Country Code.
As the local Tree Warden I make myself available for advice to Land owners and other members of our local community. The National Grid Tree Warden Scheme is founded and co-ordinated by the
Tree Council.
