The Church has been a place of Christian Worship for more than 700 years and has been altered and renovated many times over the years. Its present shape and size happened as recently as 1853 when, following the falling of the tower in 1852, the tower was rebuilt, the roof repaired, the porch altered and the transept added. The roof was refurbished with pin-tiles in 1904. Last year, 1996, the Tower has been further renovated and repaired by a local contractor, Mssrs Harvey.
The tower houses four bells which were renovated and re-hung for chiming and re-dedicated by the Very Reverend Gilbert Thurlow on 8 November 1981. They still call parishoners to Worship at Sunday services.
The Organ has recently been thoroughly overhauled having been originally installed in the Church in 1956. The Organ is in the transept which also houses the memorial North window, dedicated to Somerville Hay Upcher, who was the son of the Reverend A W Upcher, whose own memorial is the beautiful
East window. The Reverend A W Upcher was rector from 1852 to 1896, when the Reverend Canon E S Fardell became rector, until 1952. A plaque to the memory of the Reverend Canon and Mrs Fardell is situated on the North wall of the Chancel and the village owes them much, the Reverend Canon Fardell having been instrumental in the origination of the School. The Trust Deed for the land, on which the School still stands, is signed by his hand and dated 1898.
The Alter Rails were dedicated in 1881, when work on the pews was undertaken. In 1887, the Queen Victoria Jubilee memorial window was dedicated, in the South wall. The pulpit was rebuilt and a new lectern was provided at this time - gifts of the rector, the Reverend A W Upcher - and the silver chalice ( marked Towne of Wrenyngham) is dated 1567. There are also a number of ornaments dedicated in memoriam to folk who served the church and, in continuity of 700 years, there have been many to whom "All Saints" may be well applied.

The new Millennium clock marks the 2000 years since the birth of Christ and is the way Wreningham chooses to mark the occassion. Many people in the village have contributed to make this addition possible.

All Saints, Wreningham, Zimbabwe has close links with All Saints, Wreningham, UK, the Reverend A W Upcher having been involved in the creation of that Church. Communicants of our Church have assisted, in whatever small way, in the reconstruction of All Saints, Zimbabwe which was dedicated in April 1997. A few members of our Church visited Zimbabwe and joined in Worship and Thanksgiving on that occassion. They were made very welcome and all in Wreningham, UK, send thanks and blessings to Zimbabwe.
